animation-1yvu044{from{opacity:0;}to{opacity:1;}}在我开始谈如何练习口语之前，我想先解决一个问题，而且这个问题是很多人都会问的，“如果把我送去美国，我的英语口语肯定好，我口语不好是因为没有环境！”
我个人是很不认同这个观点，我身边有太多的人有环境但英语还是很糟糕，我也看到过很多没有环境光靠自已把口语练好的，我就是没有环境自已练的，当然环境有没有用？非常有用，有一个纯英语环境是决对可以帮助你快速提升口语。问题在于我们不愿意开口，我们怕了和老外在一起玩，在国外我们更愿意和中国人在一起。你可以参考如何打造一个好的英语环境

所以当你决定要练好口语的时候，你首先要做的一件事是
一、建立自信开口说英语
大部份不敢开口说英语的人通常是害怕说得不好丢脸，没有自信。
怎么解决这个问题首先你要摆正心态，每一个从头开始学英语的人都不是一开始就很历害的，他们都是从结结巴巴开始的。大部份笑你英文不好的人其实他们的英文也好不到哪里去，而我接触到的很多外国朋友，他们其实是很欣赏那些能主动和他们讲英语的中国人，而且也很乐意帮助我们。

就像是你碰到一个学中文的老外一样，当他说的不好的时候你会笑他吗？我觉得大部分中国人不会，我们笑只是觉得好玩，并没有嘲笑的意思，相反我们很乐意教他们正确的说法，对不对？

就算你碰到一个不好的老外，你大可以在心里这样想。“如果让你来讲中文还不知道谁笑谁呢！”

其实大部份会取笑你的人反而是中国人，有些自认为学得稍微好一点的人会做这种事，但其实都是五十步笑百步。你跟本不用放在心上，反而要有一种挑战的心态，“今天你笑我，好，过半个月我口语就要超过你，到时候鄙视你！”

把自已的心态端正好之后，你需要建立自信。自信是通过自已的成长一点点积累下来的，以后我会专门写一篇文章来讨论如何建立自信，这里就不详谈了。

二、重复练习，不断重复练习
口语其实没什么花哨，当你敢于开口说的时候，你需要做的就是把一些简单的日常用语不断的重复，10遍，100遍直到你可以脱口而出，想都不用想倒底要怎么造句。
这里有一些帮助锻炼口语的方法，从初学开始到已经有一定口语交流水平，你可以跟据你的不同水平选择相应的方法。

1、开始阶段，你可以背简单的短语，可以直接背新概念英语一，里面的句子都是很常用的。不断的重复并且把相似的句子归类，其实你读多了你自然会发现句型是什么东西。现在时是怎么样的模式，现在进行时是怎么样的，过去式是什么样的。这些简单的常用句型都是可以通过反复练习学会的。

2、当你在背简单短语的时候，你可以尽量模仿跟读原音，我们每个人学习口语都是从模仿开始的，我们从小就可靠模仿我们父母从而学会华语。如果问你一个问题，你什么时候开始会说华语？可能你自已也说不出来。同理当你在练英语口语的时候，长期的跟读模仿原音是非常有效的，在这里很多人会以为自已学会了，然后跟着自已的感觉走。我建议是多多跟读。

3、当你开始能够流利读出一些句子的时候，这时有一个好方法你可以用来矫正你的发音，口语录音并与原文对比。这个方法有效且很实用，你试了就知道。你可以读一篇文章把这篇文章录下来，然后自已听听看自已读的感觉，再和原文录音做对比。找出自已读音不正确的地方，重新修正。

4、当你把一些常用句子都可以流利说出来，而且也可以正常的郎读课文的时候，你可能会需要找一个好的英语交流对象，去找那些英语口语很历害的人和他们交流练习临场的反应能力和胆量。请尽量找一个好的交流对象，我的原则是如果对方英语不好，我情愿自已练口语。为什么？不是嫌弃对方，最重要的问题是两个英文不好的人在一起聊英语常常聊的就是那几个句子。而且对方的口音如果不好的话很可能把你刚刚建立起来的语感给打乱。你怎么确认对方好还是不好，只要听几句就知道了，还有就是对方学习英语的时间的长短。如果是老师就最好了。
5、更有条件的就找外教，建议有了一些底子再去找外教，不然浪费钱，你不会说，他也无聊。每天陪你说how are you. 好处就不用提了。所以在后期我也给自己找了个外教学习鱼口语，性价比还是很高的，外教的指导学习也不错，我这还有这个外教的免费体验课程 你们可以去听听。
6、最终，除非你和外国人在一起工作，不然你很少会有一个环境，所以练口语最终阶段的时候就是看英文电影了，我是通过《老友记》来复习我的口语。这部连续剧我前后大概看了有4遍，对我的帮助真的是很大。
