见面问候是我们向他人表示尊重的一种方式。见面问候虽然只是打招呼、寒喧或是简单的三言两语,却代表着我们对他人的尊重。而在向他人问候时我们需要注意以下几个方面:
问候的内容:
问候内容分为两种,分别适用不同场合:
直接式:
所谓直接式问候,就是直接以问好作为问候的主要内容。它适用于正式的交往场合,特别是在初次接触的陌生商务及社交场合,如:“您好”、“大家好”、“早上好”等。间接式:所谓间接式问候,就是以某些约定俗语成的问候语,或者在当时条件下可以引起的话题,主要适用于非正式、熟人之间的交往。比如:“最近过得怎样”、“忙什么呢”、“您去哪里”等,来替代直接式问好。问候的态度:
问候是敬意的一种表现,态度上一定要注意:
主动:向她人问候时,要积极、主动,
那同样当别人首先问候自己之后,要立即予以回应,千万不要摆出一幅高不可攀的样子。热情:向她人问候时,要表现得热情、友好、真诚。毫无表情,或者拉长苦瓜脸表情冷漠的`问候不如不问候。大方:向她人问候时,主动、热情的态度,必须表现得大方。矫揉造作、神态夸张,或者扭扭捏捏,反而会给人留下虚情假意的坏印象。而且一定要专注。问候的时候,要面含笑意,与她人有正面的视觉交流,以做到眼到、口到、意到。不要在问候对方的时候,目光游离、东张西望,这样会让对方不知所措。问候的次序:
在正式场合,问候一定要讲究次序。一对一的问候:一对一,两人之间的问候,通常是“位低者先问候”。即身份较低者或年轻者首先问候身份较高者或年长者。一对多的问候:如果同时遇到多人,特别在正式会面的时候。这时既可以笼统地加以问候,比如说“大家好”;也可以逐个加以问候。当一个人逐一问候多人时,既可以由“尊”而“卑”、由“长”而“幼”地依次而行,也可以由“近”而“远”依次而行。
