主语+（should）+动词原形

用法

在动词%20insist%20（坚持做某事）,%20order,%20command%20（命令）,%20advise,%20suggest,%20propose%20（建议做某事）,%20demand,%20require,%20request,%20ask%20(要求)%20等表示建议，命令，要求的名词性从句中谓语动词要用虚拟语气。

基本句型：“主语+（should）+动词原形”。

另外，像%20decide,%20desire,%20intend,%20recommend%20等也要接%20“（should）+动词原形”结构。

1)Mother%20insists%20that%20Tom%20(should)%20go%20to%20bed%20at%20nine%20o’clock.

母亲坚持要求Tom九点上床睡觉。%20（宾语从句）

2)We%20suggested%20that%20the%20meeting%20(should)%20be%20held%20at%20once.

我们建议

马上召开会议。（宾语从句）

3)It was required that the crops (should) be harvested at once. （主语从句）

4)The suggestion that he (should) be invited was rejected.

邀请他的建议被拒绝了。（同位语从句）

5)That is their demand that their wages (should) be increased.

他们要求涨工资。

注意

a.Advice, suggestion, order, demand, proposal, request, desire, command, decision, requirement 等名词引导的同位语从句，谓语动词用“（should）+动词原形”。

b.It’s suggested/ advised/demanded/ ordered/ requested/ proposed/ required/ desired 等结构后的主语从句中，谓语动词 “（should）+动词原形”。

c.Suggest 意思是 “表明，暗示，说明”时，insist 意思是“坚持观点，坚持看法”时，句子不能用虚拟语气。

1)He insisted that he was innocent. → he insisted on his innocence.

他坚持说自己是无辜的。

2)He insisted that he had never done wrong.

他坚持说自己没有做错事情。

3)Are you suggesting that I am not suited for the job?

你是在按时说我不适合做那项工作吗？

4)The look on his face suggested that the teacher was quite satisfied with the

result.

脸上的表情说明老师对结果感到相当满意。
