我也是一个从零基础学成英语且成功给自己找到了一份外贸的工作！在学校不爱英语的我毕了业在找工作上可以说是遇到了难题，吃了很多的闭门羹，现在待遇好工资高的工作对英语都要求很高，一些大公司在招聘时都有英语面试，因为英语成绩不过关，简历直接被机器或者hr筛掉，连被面试官看到的资格都没有。每次找实习时，因为英语口语不流利，在面试时，开口的第一句话，就被发了淘汰卡。所以想如今竞争积累的社会中有一席之地，我必须去提高英语！
像我这样零基础学英语的成年人有很多很多，乾坤未定，你我皆黑马！现在零基础开始学英语也不晚，那么成年人零基础学英语有什么好的建议呢？
首先！成年人零基础学英语必须得给自己找个理由！而且是无法反驳的理由！
成年人零基础学英语要给自己找个无法反驳的理由，没有学习的理由很容易让自己作为零基础的英语学习者没有动力去学习英语，有了理由之后你就会坚持去学习英语，我自己就是这样，找了个很好的理由让自己必须去学习英语，假如不给我学习英语我还会很急，所以理由非常重要！
其次要明确学习英语的目标，有目标更有动力！
成年人零基础学英语最需要就是目标了，不然没有目标就毫无方向感，不知道奔哪个方向去努力，只会越来越浪费时间，但是大家也别给自己定一个超级无敌高的目标，千万别还没学会跑就想飞，英语的零基础学习也是得一步步慢慢来，要定一个符合目前自己实际情况的目标，这样比较有动力且容易达到，达到之后就可以继续定下一个目标，这也是把英语学好的第一步哦。
最后就是根据自己的目标来找到合适的英语学习办法:
在我看来成年人零基础学英语比较需要提高英语词汇量，口语的全面提升，听力练习这三个方面。成年人学英语最大的可能是会应用到工作中去，比如我，最小的可能就是像题主一样扩大视野或者是给孩子一个好的英语学习家庭环境，所以这一切的最基础就是词汇量必须得要积累，没有足够多的词汇量，拿什么跟别人说？拿什么来说英语？接下来详细给大家说说！（注意~本人干货分享隆重登场，嘻嘻）
一、零基础英语的成年人词汇量该怎么提升？有数据统计，成年母语者的词汇量积累大多数来源阅读，而这种阅读习惯基本是从4岁到15岁左右。曾经有人对阅读类型进行过调研，区别于其他阅读类型，对词汇量积累起到关键作用的是小说类作品的阅读。具体的原因可能有以下几点:小说类的文章以故事性为主，所以涉及的词汇量相对来说较大，而且存在一定的多元化，故事情节的推送也会促使阅读者加强对词汇的掌握。这样，不仅有助于词汇量的增加，同时也会让阅读者从更多方面和角度加强对英语语言本身的感知力。
我之前有用过单词书来背，来提高英语词汇量，但效果并不大，主要是有这几点弊端:
1. 记单词更重要的词汇结构。背一本单词书，你或许可以认识很多不常用的冷僻低频词语，但是当你完整的想要看完一整部小说或者美剧就会觉得没那么容易了。
2.无法做到“学以致用”，关键在于词语能力不足。谈到词汇其实是有多样性，这一点相信很多同学都是有所体会的的，有时候稍微一变型，立马就不认识了。而对于大多数中国学生来说，对高级词汇的掌握其实是存在一定单一性，只能源于单词书。但是一到实用或者现场场景的时候就什么不知道了，那么背单词的意义也就随之消失了。
3. 哑巴英语。什么是哑巴英语?读的懂，但是却还是听不懂，或者听得懂，但是说不出来。综合能力并没有得到提升。
阅读、读书！ reading is the key to building your vocabulary。培养好的阅读习惯、读好书、在读书过程中积累学习和认识新词汇，才是提升词汇量的最好方式！不要急于求成、慢慢来扩大词汇量是个不能急于求成、需要慢慢看到成果的事，从5000词汇量到10,000词汇量靠的不是一个月死刷单词书，而是常年累月在阅读中不断学习的成果。不要急功近利，在大量的阅读中好好学习一门语言、了解关于单词、句子、语法和这门语言文化的方方面面，才是提升英语词汇量真正的意义所在。
二、成年人零基础英语水平该怎么样全面提高口语水平？成年人学英语比较主要还是这部分，无论是在职场上还是出国甚至是在家里给小朋友学英语，口语都是得用得上，就拿我的亲身经历来说，在工作中相比于英语所需的其他能力，口语其实相当于一张直白的社交名片，你一开口别人就会凭此了解你。
一口标准好听的英语，就好像是一套得体的衣服、精致的打扮，是一张高级名片，你无需告诉对方你读过多少本英语原著、看过多少英语电影、懂多少语法，或者是掌握多少词汇，你一开口，就能给对方一种心理暗示，嗯，这个人英语不错。但口语方面也是让不少零基础的成年人比较抓狂！因为口语是需要全面去提高的！比如
第一步，发音
口语的基础是发音，如果连发音都无法做到标准的话，学好口语的目标就只能是空中楼阁了。那么发音该怎么样去学习呢？从大量的听开始，大量的模仿，再大量地纠正，具体是这样:
1、大量听标准正确发音
要想学好发音，你要持续听标准发音，现在资料太多，听啥都行，持续听，刚开始听懂听不懂都没关系，最好把一篇文章反复听，弄懂其意思后，再接着反复听。在大量听得过程中，要去思考，这些发音是如何发出的，讲者在说什么。
2、学会音标
从音标学习，一个一个音重新学。有的人可能觉得太简单，不想学，但是，要知道我当初大学社团认识的英语专业的同学在大一、大二的时候会上专门的语音课，基本都是外教带着练，一个音一节课，反复操练学习，你觉得你这个真的简单吗？
系统的从音标学起，一个一个音系统学，要知道音标一共也就48个。你用一个星期或者一个月踏踏实实的把音标学一遍，学习正确发音方式，给大家推荐几个发音教程，非常专业，如果跟下来，你的口语会有一个飞跃！
第一个是美语发音教程 pronunciation workshop
第二个是好莱坞的纠音大师的美语教程
第三个是bbc出品最棒的英音教程
3、发音得经常查字典
要想提高发音，还要养成一个好习惯，那就是经常查字典。很多时候，我们都会错误的习以为常，有很多时候我以为这个单词这么发音，但实际上，离正确发音差的远。所以，大家要经常查字典，检验求证单词的发音，字典就是你最好的老师。
4、纠正反馈
将自己的发音进行录音，并找专业人士纠正，可以是英语超级棒的朋友，可以是老师，然后根据纠音反馈从而纠正发音。（此条建议极为重要，如果只顾练习没有纠音反馈，将很难从根本上找到自己的发音出错并给予纠正）
第二步，英语思维
不知道大家有没有试过说英语的时候比较容易卡壳，或者是总会在脑海里说英语时想到的是这个中文词语怎么翻译成英语词语说出来，这就是英语思维差的原因导致！毕竟我们成年人已经习惯用中文思维来想东西了，自然而然也是习惯于用中文思维来说英语，想要改也不是不可能，从这方面来入手吧:
1、让英语成为你生活的一部分 make english a part of your daily life
很简单，尽可能用英语做每件事儿。举几个例子: 如果你想学什么东西的话，可以读一些与此有关的英语书籍或者文章；如果你有什么爱好，浏览与此有关的英文网站；将你手机、电脑以及电视上面的语言改为英语；看原声的好莱坞电影。小伙伴们，明白了吗？
如果一件事你能用母语说，也能用英语说，那一定要用英语说哦！有人非常喜欢用母语，因为这样很方便，很舒服。但是如果你想用英语的思维方式思考，就一定要培养自己尽可能多用英语的习惯。当你把使用用语变成了生活中的一部分时，那么培养英语思维方式就很简单啦。
2、使用英英词典
不要再用那些双语词典，也就是用中文翻译英语单词的字典。要多用用英英词典，这种词典用英语解释英语单词。对于完全零基础的学习者来说，双语词典其实还是很有帮助的。但是如果想要锻炼英语思维、提高流利度，应该使用英英词典。在看某个词的释义的时候，也会学到一些近义词或其他新的单词。
3、用英语和自己对话，也就是自言自语，虽然有点啥，但能够有用提高英语思维就好。
从最简单的事物开始，比如刷牙的时候，在脑内和自己对话。去观察简单的事物，可以是自己的脸、头发，也可以是身边的各种物件，然后有意识地和自己对话；在工作开始之前，和自己用英文对话，比如，今天有哪些要做的事情，有什么重要的会议、邮件、项目？
在房间里随便找个东西，给自己一分钟的时间去描述它，可以去描述它的颜色、质地、你对这个东西的评论、感受等等，在这一分钟里面尽最大努力调动自己全部的单词量、持续地去讲，不要像平时一样停下来去查不会的单词啦，去确认自己的表达是否正确啦等等，这样练习对于英语思维和口语的流利度都有极大的好处。
而且，下次再看到这个东西的时候，你的大脑也会自动开启“纯英文模式的处理器”呐！每次只需要短短一分钟，建议练习频度为每天三次。
第三步，学以致用
将学到的英语口语知识一定要练习，当你有足够多的输入，不频繁地输出只存在大脑里，纸上谈兵却不付之行动，还是一样没有效果，所以我们要将口语知识学以致用。在口语学习中，最容易限制我们进步速度的就是输出机会，所以该怎么样去将口语说出口呢？
1、找个在线对话软件
国内国外都有很多软件是专门供英语学习者练习使用的，可以在线匹配同级别水平的学习者，系统给出话题，然后双方围绕话题对话。我以前有使用过，但现在手机上没有了，大家可以去搜搜看。
2、找到同水平的固定语伴
找语伴练习是一种不错的输出途径，对于人选，我比较推荐同水平的口语学习者。大家一般比较偏向和水平高于自己的人练习，但是水平比自己高的人也是这个想法，所以找相近水平的伙伴会容易一点，也对彼此的困难更清楚，更容易互相捕捉到语言错误。
3、参加英语角
自己以前为了提高我的零基础英语水平，会和朋友办英语活动，各种主题的英语角，ktv party之类的。这的确是一种可取的输出途径。一群人一起说英语，会有很好的对照，能够找到自己的优点和欠缺。
三、成年人零基础学英语该怎么去提高听力？如果大家想要完成我上面说的口语全面提升，提前是先把听力提升，这是一个被动的接受过程。你只有听得足够多了，才能够理解英语语法的要求，以及英语在交流过程当中的一些特点。但是很多人都有一些迷惑，我们长期生活在国内，身边也很少有外国朋友，如何才能练习提高英语听力呢？
1、找到正确的练习听力材料
听了很多材料，我觉得下面这些是比较适合的。比如说我比较喜欢的是podcast 播客
播客就是一种网络广播，我们可以把节目下载到手机里，随时可以听。我用的是苹果自带的播客，上面有很多国外的节目，还有学习英语的节目。
我一般会听新闻类的节目，新闻内容是最适合学口语的。一方面发音标准清晰，另一方面词汇用的也会比较精准。很适合初学者。
音频听力材料上，虽然没有视频的画面感，但是更能考验听力技能和学习的耐心。我个人而言，开始的练习英语的时候，更多的是练习的音频听力文本，从开始的中学英语课本音频磁带，李阳疯狂英语听力练习，到大学的voa/pbs/cnn 等音频的练习，音频听力的练习，往往是山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。突然之间，能听明白，能听清楚，能理解到语言背后的文化梗或者文化背景，便是一种欢喜。
2、 泛听为基础
首先，一个差的阅读者很难成为一个好的写作者,同样一个不使用耳朵大量听英语的人，也很建立起对英文的听觉直觉。所以，对于-一个有学习意识想要快速提高英语的你来说，进行泛听必不可少，在这里，泛听不仅指题材厂泛，也指平时不集中注意力状态下的听力。甚至可以一边听听力一边做着其他的事。这其中有一个小技巧，就是先听几遍，然后看文章的意思，然后再接着听几遍，这样可以有效地增加泛听的效果。
3、精听是保证
泛听就像地基，单词就像是砖瓦，那最后如何去盖房子就必须用精听了。精听就像是用心的去做一篇阅读题，只不过是使用的听觉方式。通过精听可以了解英语文章的大概结构和美国人的思维。这对于我们掌握英语听力非常有效。精听过程:找一部分优秀的听力素材，可以是名人英语演讲，重要考试英语听力真题或者专门听力网站的训练素材；精听可以更好地提升学员的英语听力水平和技巧。
四、系统化英语学习办法可全面提升英语成年人零基础学英语的目的永远不会只是单单提升一个方面，需要的是全面提升英语的各方面，比如说英语口音、英语思维、英语表达、英语听力等等，如果这些方面没有一个系统化的英语学习办法，到最后也只是浪费时间，无法能做到全面提升英语。
就拿我的经历来说，特别是发音这方面找了朋友来纠正还是没有用，有时候自己练习发音也是没法知道对错，多数人是寻找志同道合的小伙伴一起练习的，但是由于大家水平都差不多，对于一些发音的不地道或者是用词的错误这一点无法发现，或者是发现了但朋友也没有办法给到很好的建议。
