??2021～2022学年度大连市普通高中学业水平考试
外语听力及口语考查科目实施办法
?依据《普通高中英(日)语课程标准(2017年版)》和辽教发(2019)73号文件中《辽宁普通高中学业水平考试外语听力及口语考查科目相关要求》，结合大连地区外语教学实际，特制定大连市普通高中学业水平考试外语听力及口语考查科目相关要求。该要求旨在落实立德树人根本任务，发展学生的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等外语学科核心素养，培养学生具有中国情怀、国际视野和跨文化沟通能力，同时为学生继续学习外语和终身发展打下良好基础。试题着重考查学生能够在必修课程所涉及的主题语境下，运用所学的语言知识和文化知识，有效运用学习策略，通过听力来获取信息和处理信息的能力，以及用口头形式陈述事实、传递信息、表达观点和态度的能力。
一、考查范围和内容
普通高中学业水平和个性考试英语听力和口语考查，以《普通高中英(日)语课程标准(2017年版)》必修课程内容和学业水平质量水平一的要求为依据，考查《辽宁省教育厅关于调整普通高中2019级学生外语学科课程内容的说明》中高一学年必修课程的教学内容，结合我市普通高中外语教育教学的实际情况，检测学生在必修课程学习阶段的外语听力理解能力和口语表达能力，衡量普通高中学生达到国家规定外语毕业要求的程度。
二、考查方式和安排
(一)考查方式
1.?听力考査。主要考查学生从口语语篇中获取信息和观点的能力。语篇素材包括日常对话、简单的叙事、发言、演讲报告、广播通知、电话录音等。考査形式:考生根据所听的内容选择正确的选项。
2.口语考查。主要考查学生的口头表达能力，其中包括表达的流利性、准确性和得体性。考查形式：
(1)朗读。考生朗读所给材料的部分或全部段落，并回答有关材料内容的问题。朗读内容可以是必修教材的内容;学校也可以参照样题自行选取朗读材料，并设计问题，但需提前上报大连教育学院。
(2)口头表达。给考生提供一个话题，要求就该话题进行口头表达。各学校可以从所提供的话题中选取至少4个作为本校口头表达话题，每个考生只考查其中一个话题。学校也可以参照样题自行设计至少4个口头表达话题，但需提前上报大连教育学院。
(二)考查安排
英语听力和口语考査时间共计30分钟，其中听力20分钟，口语10分钟。考査时间安排在高二年级上学期期末。成绩不合格的学生在高三学年内进行补考，由各学校组织补考，考查试题在考查范围内选择，补考时间自行安排，但不得晚于高三学年下学期的4月中旬。
三、考查组织和实施
(一)?听力考查
听力采用同一时间笔试形式。听力考査时间安排在1月13日15：15。
(二)?口语考查
口语采用直接面试的方式。主考官直接与考生对话，一位考官监督，全程录像监控。口语考查时间安排在1月份第三周。
四、考查成绩上报
英语听力和口语考査试卷满分分别为50分，30分(含30分)以上为合格，30分以下为不合格。英语听力考查成绩的折算方式见“2023届（高二）英语教研群（qq群）”。口语考查独立计算分数，每题按评分点给分，最终成绩评定分为合格与不合格。各校考查成绩1月20日前统一上报大连教育学院高中研训中心孙义南老师处。以电子文本发送至邮箱: sunyn651007＠163. com。

大连市英语学科听力和口语考査测试样题
（一）听力考查。听力部分分两小节。
1.?第一节：听下面5段对话。每段对话后有一个小题，从题中所给的a、b、c三个选项中选出最佳选项，并标在试卷的相应位置。听完每段对话后，你都有10秒钟的时间来回答有关小题和阅读下一小题。每段对话仅读一遍。
